THE DEAL, IN PLAIN WORDS

Bids are final. Being outbid is not refunded. You are buying the chance to be on air until someone pays more, or until the board resets at 00:00 UTC. That could be a day, or it could be a minute. That uncertainty is the product.

WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

tvc.lol runs one 24/7 live channel with one sponsor slot: a segment of the channel's own program that features the highest bidder. The highest approved bid of the current day (00:00 to 00:00 UTC) is on air, looping, until a higher approved bid arrives or the day ends. A booking for "tomorrow's opening" is a bid on the next day's board, first on air at the reset unless a higher pre-booking exists.

You are not buying a fixed duration, a number of viewers, clicks, or any result. We publish a live viewer count when we have one; it is information, not a promise.

MONEY

Reviewed first, paid after. Your ad is reviewed before any payment. Once approved, the price is held for you for a few minutes; you pay then.
Airtime credits. Money you put on tvc.lol buys airtime credits, in US dollars, tied to the email you paid with. Bids come out of it; anything above a bid stays in it. Payment is taken by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record; the receipt comes from them, and any tax due where you are is added at the top-up.
Credits are spendable on airtime at tvc.lol only. They do not expire. They cannot be withdrawn. If we ever close the channel, remaining credits are refunded.
Reversals. A top-up refunded by the payment provider outside this page, or charged back, is taken out of the credits in full, the account is closed, and anything it paid for comes off the air. If the credits had already been spent, the account goes negative and stays closed.
Final on payment. A paid, approved bid is final.
Proxy bids. A maximum you set on a booking lets us bid again for you when you are outbid: from your credits, the least that beats the other side, never above your maximum, at most one answer per outbid. Each answer is a bid like any other and final. It only fires while your credits cover it; otherwise you get an email and nothing moves.
What comes back as credits. A pre-booking for tomorrow's opening that a higher pre-booking beats before the reset: it never aired, so the bid returns to your credits at the reset. An ad rejected by a human after you chose to pay and wait: the bid returns to your credits, and on request within 30 days goes back to your card in full.
Airtime is not guaranteed. Review takes a minute or two. A higher bid paid in that window airs instead of yours; yours stays on the day's board and is not returned. Each price can be taken once a day, so two people cannot pay the same amount.
Unpaid bookings lapse. An approved booking not paid within its window is void and its price is released.
No refunds for being outbid, for a reset, or for a pull. See below for pulls.

REVIEW, AND WHAT WE REJECT

Every ad is reviewed before it airs, by automated checks and, rarely, by a person. We reject deception and what gets a channel struck, nothing else: promised or guaranteed returns on money; send-to-receive giveaways, phishing, pyramid and recruitment income, counterfeits and malware; impersonating a brand, exchange, body or person; sexual content; hate; weapons; content endangering minors; cure, treatment or prevention claims for a disease; links to gambling sites; drugs, tobacco and vaping; loans and credit of any kind; courses or systems sold on an income figure; resold software keys and accounts; an ad that sells something its landing page does not; video or audio you do not have the rights to; and an ad that never says what it sells or a landing page we cannot read. Hype, bragging, taste, metaphor and production quality are not reasons. Token launches, presales, ICOs and mints, DeFi protocols, trading signals or advice, and crypto affiliate or comparison sites are not accepted: the channel's branded content follows Google's advertising policy on cryptocurrencies. Exchanges, wallets, tools and education are fine. Political ads air with a "political ad, paid by" label. We may still pull anything we judge likely to get the channel struck.

You confirm that you own or hold the rights to everything you upload, including music, and that your landing page is yours to advertise. Sound that matches a recording in a fingerprint database is replaced with our own sound bed before airing, whoever owns it: a matched track can interrupt the whole channel. Rights holders can write in with proof and we restore the original.

PULLING AN AD

We can take any ad off air at any time, before or after it starts, for any reason, including viewer reports, a platform complaint, or our own judgement. The money is not returned. If you think a pull was a mistake, write to the contact below and a person will look.

THE DEFAULT SPOT

If you book without a video, we make one from your name, tagline, your logo (uploaded, or your site's own icon), and your landing page (its own video if it publishes one, otherwise a scroll or a still), with our own sound bed. You are responsible for what is on that page. We make no promise about how that spot looks; you can preview it on your bidder page and rebook with an upload.

WHAT WE MAY DO WITH YOUR AD

Your ad airs on our channel and its recordings, appears on this site, and may appear in clips we make of moments on the channel (such as the moment you are outbid, or a daily highlights reel), shared on our own accounts. Booking grants us that licence, non-exclusive, for those purposes.

The record is public and permanent. Your advertiser name, landing URL, bid, day, rank, airtime and how it ended (outbid, pulled, held at the reset) stay on this site after the media is deleted: on the day's page, on your advertiser page, in the hall and on the tape. Links to your site carry rel="sponsored", because that is what they are. Nothing is sold for search ranking.

PAID PROMOTION

Everything on the channel is paid placement and is labelled as such on screen and in the broadcast's description, as platform rules require.

NO WARRANTY, LIMITED LIABILITY

The channel can go down, the platform can end a broadcast, a switch can glitch, a spot can be cut short. We run it carefully and we do not guarantee any of it. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question.
