Short version: you won't need this page. Nothing is charged until your ad is approved, and what you pay becomes airtime credits that never expire. Once a bid is on air, it is final.

Credits bought on tvc.lol stay on tvc.lol. They are spendable on airtime here only, do not expire, and are not withdrawn. Top up exactly what you bid and there is never a leftover; top up more and it waits for your next bid, one click away.

BACK TO YOUR CREDITS, AUTOMATICALLY

A pre-booking for tomorrow's opening that a higher pre-booking beats before the reset. It never aired; the bid is back in your credits at 00:00 UTC.
An ad a human rejected after you chose to pay and wait.

BACK TO YOUR CARD, ON REQUEST

The human rejection above: within 30 days, in full, to the card you paid with. Write to contact@tvc.lol with the booking link.
We could not air an approved, paid ad for a reason on our side and you ask: in full.
If we close the channel: every remaining balance.

NOT RETURNED

Being outbid, however soon. That is the product.
The board resetting at 00:00 UTC while you held the slot.
A higher bid paid while yours was being prepared, so yours never aired. Your bid stays on the day's board.
Your ad being pulled after it started airing, for viewer reports, a platform complaint, or our judgement.
Going around this page. A refund obtained from the payment provider directly, or a chargeback, closes the account, takes the amount back out of its credits, and pulls whatever it paid for. Card networks and the provider keep records of who does this.
Fewer viewers than you hoped. We promise a slot, not an audience.
An unused balance you would like as cash. It is not withdrawn; it waits.

HOW

Card refunds go back to the card or method you paid with, through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to show it. Tax charged at the top-up is refunded with the amount; currency conversion fees charged by your bank or by the checkout are not ours to return.
