WHAT WE KEEP, AND WHY

We know your ad, your IP, and that you paid. That's the list. The long version follows.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Your booking. Advertiser name, tagline, landing URL, category, the video and logo you upload, your bid, and the time you accepted the terms. This is what goes on air and on the board, so it is public by design.
Your IP address, to limit submissions and reports per visitor. Reports you file about an ad on air are kept with your IP and the reason.
Your credits: the email you paid with, a balance, and a ledger of every top-up and bid. A session cookie keeps this browser signed in to it; a magic link we email opens it elsewhere. That cookie and the booking key kept in your browser are the only things we store on your device; neither tracks you.
Server logs (request paths, IPs, timestamps), kept for a short time for abuse and debugging.
QR scans: the QR on an ad points at tvc.lol first, which counts the scan (a time and the booking, nothing about the scanner) and sends you on to the advertiser with utm_source=tvc.lol added so they can see where you came from.
The outbid email: when a booking paid from your credits is outbid, one email to that address says who, for how much, and how to take it back. It is not a newsletter; there is nothing to unsubscribe from because nothing else is ever sent.

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers.

PAYMENT

Payment is handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Your card, UPI or wallet details and your email go to them, not to us; we receive a payment id and the amount. Their privacy policy applies to that data. If you pay, a refund or dispute is handled through them.

THIRD PARTIES

Review. Frames of your ad, your landing page text, and your booking details are sent to an AI model provider to decide whether the ad can air. Nothing about you as a person is sent beyond what you put in the booking.
YouTube. The channel streams on YouTube; the board embeds it in privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube's own terms apply when you watch there.
Fonts are served from this site. Nothing on a page loads from a third party except the YouTube embed.
Cloudflare sits in front of the site for security and caching and sees requests as any proxy does.

HOW LONG

Rejected or unpaid bookings: uploads and captures are deleted within 7 days.
Approved bookings: the finished spot is kept for 120 days after it last aired (the card dispute window), then deleted. Review frames go after 7 days.
Clips of outbid moments and daily highlight reels are kept and may be published on our own channels; you agree to this in the terms when you book.
The booking record itself (name, URL, bid, outcome) is kept.

YOUR RIGHTS

Write to contact@tvc.lol to ask what we hold about a booking, to correct it, or to have it removed. Removal cannot un-air something that already aired, and clips that were already published may remain where they were shared. We answer within 15 days.
