There is no phone, no chat, no form. Write to contact@tvc.lol; a person reads it. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; your receipt names them and their support handles card questions.
The fastest route is the report link on the board: three viewers pull an ad on their own, no email needed. For anything else, or if you are the rights holder of something that aired, write to contact@tvc.lol with the time you saw it and what is wrong. Copyright complaints: name the work, where it appears, and that you own or represent it.
Grievance officer: reachable at contact@tvc.lol, subject line "grievance". Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days of receipt.
